LES CONTAMINES - MONTJOIE | 1164 - 2487 m                                                 Evasion Mont Blanc
Like other typical villages of Haute-Savoie, Les Contamines Montjoie has managed to preserve its picturesque setting. Because of its special geographic position on the edge of the Mont Blanc massif, it offers exceptionally good snow conditions from the start of the ski season. Its skiable terrain is versatile and includes pistes for skiers of all levels.
 
The lower area of the domain accommodates forest skiing and the upper area reveals the breath-taking panorama of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Les Contamines - Montjoie : 47 slopes (120 km + 26 km Cross-country skiing )
Green ski slope for Learners. These are usually not marked trails, but tend to be large open, gently sloping areas at the base of the ski area.  9 slopes Blue ski slope are Easy. Similar to the North American Green Circle, and are almost always groomed, or on so shallow a slope as not to need it  10 slopes Red ski slopes are Intermediate. Steeper, or narrower than a blue slope, these are usually groomed, unless the narrowness of the trail prohibits it  17 slopes Black ski slopes are Difficult. Steep, may or may not be groomed, or may be groomed for mogul. It is worth noting that 'Black' can be a very wide classification, ranging from a slope marginally more difficult than a 'Red' to an icy mogulfield  11 slopes
