Les Arcs feature a large, quality skiable slope area perfect for all snow sports. The panoramic view is magnificent from the top of the cableway of the Aiguille Rouge (3226 m). The ski lift equipment is very up-to-date. Les Arcs comprise 3 villages, connected to each other by shuttles, each with its own distinct characteristics.
 
Athletic guests will appreciate Arc 2000 and partygoers will love Arc 1800. For a more peaceful and family-oriented destination, visitors can also choose Arc 1600. Access from the resort to the TGV high speed train station at Bourg St. Maurice is quick and convenient. The station is reached by a funicular railway.

Les Arcs : 117 slopes (200 km + 15 km Cross-country skiing)
Green ski slope for Learners. These are usually not marked trails, but tend to be large open, gently sloping areas at the base of the ski area.  1 slope Blue ski slope are Easy. Similar to the North American Green Circle, and are almost always groomed, or on so shallow a slope as not to need it  53 slopes Red ski slopes are Intermediate. Steeper, or narrower than a blue slope, these are usually groomed, unless the narrowness of the trail prohibits it  32 slopes Black ski slopes are Difficult. Steep, may or may not be groomed, or may be groomed for mogul. It is worth noting that 'Black' can be a very wide classification, ranging from a slope marginally more difficult than a 'Red' to an icy mogulfield  19 slopes
