Airline Flight Delays

Airlines are not held responsible for flight delays or cancellations caused by air traffic control (ATC), poor weather conditions (fog, snow, hurricanes, etc.).

Neither for closure of an airport or one of its buildings and any breaches of safety and security measures prior to the flight's departure. 

When you have checked in, and irrespective of the cause of the flight delay :

• If your departure is delayed by over 45 minutes, complimentary refreshments will be provided (1)
• If your departure is delayed by over 2 hours and your wait occurs during meal times, snacks, sandwiches or meals will be provided (1)
• If your flight is delayed by over 5 hours and your journey is no longer necessary, you may request a ticket refund from our travel agent; if necessary, we will cover the expenses of your return to your point of departure

You have checked in and we are responsible for the flight delay:

• If your departure is delayed until the following day, we will provide accommodation until a flight becomes available.

In all cases:

• If you would like to modify your travel arrangements, we will extend the validity of your ticket and transfer your reservation to the first available flight at no extra charge.
• Please let us know if you have any difficulty contacting the people expecting you to tell them about the airline flight delay
